The sheriff sales are published by property location in the Daily Local News and the
Beaver Record newspapers in accordance to rule 3129.2 (Notice containing the information
required: a brief description of the property to be sold, its location, any improvements,
the judgment of the court on which the sale is being held, the name of the owner or
reputed owner, and the time and place of the sale).
The Sheriff Sales are published for three successive weeks on the Friday edition prior to the sale. The sheriff sales are published by the Beaver County Bar Association in the Beaver County Legal Journal and the Beaver County Times, reporting the decisions of the Divisions of the Court of the Fifteenth Judicial District of Pennsylvania, composed of Beaver County, officially designated by the Rule Thereof as the Legal Periodical for the Publication of Legal Notices.
